Passion to Inspire Competition

8 Teams contested the final hosted by Suffolk New College and the students did not disappoint. It was a tense nail biting finish with the judges Steve Smith (Devonshire Arms), Rory Whelan (Swan Southwold), Shara Ross (Felix Cambridge) Alan Whatley (Chairman Pastry Chefs Association) & Murray Chapman MCGB deliberating over the eventual winners

 

Gold was awarded to Simon Jam & Charlie Parker from Suffolk New College who produced two outstanding dishes, Salmon Ravioli, Seared Scallops & Lobster Foam and a tantalising Chocolate Soup for dessert
