Upskills Day - Infusions

7th of May 2019

Tea/ coffee  - Bacon / Sausage Sandwiches from Dingley Dell - Direct Meats and Anglia Produce

11.30 am

Wine Matches from Graham from Hallgarten Wines and  Nick Mills 

Both Chefs in each section will have the same main  ingredient - questions of their use of ingredients and prep - cooking methods - and seasoning .The Chefs  will be cooking 3 plates of each dish ( so the students can understand what the Chefs have created  - why and taste and compare each Chefs different Styles and back grounds ) - Key words - " WHY CHEF ?? "

 

First Course- Loch Duart Salmon

Greig Young - Chestnut Group  , Julian Bisbal -Grazing Sheep

 

Break for Lunch after second Course - a Great BBQ from Lee Cooper and the team at Infusions Group , Great produce from Anglia Produce Dingley Dell Pork and  Direct Meats
