Upskill Day – and Front of House Skills – service and Wines

This year we are wanting to put an emphasis on the Front of House skills within the industry and within the A Passion to Inspire competition. The idea of the upskill day is exactly that, to upskill our 8 finalists so they are as prepared as they can be for the final. This is also a good chance to inspire the next generation and build on what A Passion to Inspire already is.
