A Fantastic evening took place at Whirlow Hall Farm last night and £ 5,800 was raised to support the charity, and their vital work with vulnerable children and young people in Sheffield.

Last night’s Sheff’s Kitchen took place between Seymour Millington – Lev and Jon Mahoney - Lost and Found Bars two of Sheffield’s best Chefs; the challenge set by Head Judge’s Murray Chapman and Rupert Rowley was SPICE – The judges wanted to give all the guests (who are also judges for the evening) a very special culinary event; and knew the two chefs competing had the expertise to showcase ‘Spice’ at the highest level and pull it off. This evening was sold out before anyone knew what the food or brief would be, demonstrating the confidence the diners have in all involved in Sheff’s Kitchen and the high standard reputation it has created.

4 countries were chosen China- Thailand – Sir Lanka and Korea – the chefs drew… Seymour – Thailand and Jon - South Korea and they took all diners on a fantastic culinary Journey – see Menu’s below

Steve Kerrigan - “what a fantastic evening – best I have ever been to. The smells coming from the kitchen – and the depth of flavour and texture and thought with the food from the Chefs was simply stunning – it is a shame that both Chefs cannot win! “

Rupert Rowley “It is an honour to support such a great Charity and the work they do for young people is brilliant – the work that Seymour and Jon have put into their menus has been great – my taste buds and senses have been on such a journey and a very tough evening as a judge “

WINNER – and the evenings winner (Besides all the guests) was Jon Mahoney !!
